The use of Logo and Name is only authorized to the Members of National Section of India, on prior approval in writing with authorization letter. The members / Group members / Festival members or office bearers will only use the name and logo of CIOFF INDIA, any wrong display of logo or its use for any personal, professional use or Internet or for documentation purpose is against the norms of use of logo and name of CIOFF INDIA.

We also advised to all members in India or outside India to verify the credential of members in concern with Groups going outside India or coming to India to participate in any festivals , under the CIOFF name and guidance of its members and its national sections. CIOFF INDIA took no responsibility in case of any mishappening or accident happened in India or outside India.

The group members and leader in charge of the group is advised and expected to take necessary measures while traveling, Always do necessary documentation as per law. Medical insurances to cover their tour. All participating teams are bind by the legal process and expected to follow the regulations, terms and conditions and necessary required actions, measures required to complete the project.
They are also expected to abide by laws and respect and follow the international as well as Indian Laws. All unlawful business in name of Culture / CIOFF INDIA will not tolerate and legal action will be taken against the wrongdoer. The groups/members or anyone directly or indirectly associated to the wrongdoer or unlawful act or action, in that case CIOFF INDIA Office will terminate its membership and backlist the member or group.

To accept the membership or reject the membership of any individual or group or renewal of its annual membership is the discretion of CIOFF INDIA Office.
This step is taken in lieu of the previous experiences of CIOFF in India. Due to following reasons:

• The members is doing unlawful business (On complaints backed by facts).
• Non -payment of annual Membership.
• If the group or members not providing the members list going Abroad and its details on time.
• Not providing details or information as asked by Cioff India office in writing.
• Complaints received by the international CIOFF SECTIONS against the group or its behavior during the tour or performances.
